          @ellistia I guess so. I felt pretty prepared and was confident with the material but I always have that lingering feeling afterwards that I royally screwed up.

              @mastertdi One of my presentations today was discussing the epistemological nature of AI in my philosophy class (specifically the concept of "Strong AI" as outlined by John Searle) and an astronomy presentation discussing properties of and analyzing asteroids. The one I'm preparing for now is for my creative writing class wherein I have to pitch a hypothetical novel I wrote as well as provide an opening chapter of the novel to be submitted.

                @northernnarwhal That's good then. I know most of tomorrow morning before presenting I'm going to be worrying about forgetting what I planned to say, as that's what usually happens. Might be ok if it's just 3 minutes though.

                    @northernnarwhal I thought about making some but I worry that I would spend too much time looking at them while presenting. I have slides which basically show a simplified cut-down version of what I need to say, so in theory they should work fine.

                      @ellistia Yeah, your recall should fill in the blanks as long as you're not nervous. Just try not to look at any one person in particular, that usually screws me up. I generally shift between a bunch of people in groups.

      @ellistia It's surprisingly hard. I always find myself thinking I planned like way too much, like five or six minutes, only to realize it was like a minute and a half.
