@yodelerty Most people don't even know you. These people probably don't even have an opinion to dislike you. And, you have a little crowd of people who do like you. You surely have skills are you are persistent. Though that persist-ency is misplaced I feel, it can be used to help benefit you if re-augmented. You are not worthless that s for sure, you seem to know to come here when ever you are having a these thoughts and request for them to be gone by pleading to those around you, because there is something there that can be used. You are not bad. Not bad at all. In fact, you would be a rather swell guy, you need help getting past this self imposed barrier. Not the one that is making you sad, but the accepting and not fighting sadness part. You are capable. Neuroplasticity and what I believe to be the human condition will allow it.

@yodelerty That is not true... The mentality strength is all made up. You are not mentally inept. It is not about forcing yourself. Because force is not effective at maintaining strength. You have to work at it slowly. Build things up to rise over the barriers. Try little things like, Forcing yourself to stand up when you have unusual thoughts/

@metaltao It went up when I was like 12 and then went down when I was 15, then went up again for a little bit when I was 18 and since then it's been going down steadily

@yodelerty This is where Regression to the Mean comes in, even though it seems to keep going down, it is likely to go up, to average out the line with the overall average sometime. It will come back up. ANd, maybe even go above the mean.
Also, just because it has been going down again, does not mean it has been going down for a longer period of time than what is measured. I mean, you are saying it is going down, which is try, but I doubt that it is going down further and staying that way. It is not an unusual data point. In fact, I think it has been going down, but will follow teh pattern that has been followed and have a rise. It is very likely. It is almost near impossible that it won't. -

@yodelerty There is no reason to that. There is no rule against liking yourself despite not doing anything. Any one is allowed to be content with their selves.

@yodelerty No, the mind works through many feedback loops. Mostly paradoxical. If you are content with yourself, the more productive and happy, and content you will be. You see, emotions, are not in your control, but how you perceive their influence upon you is. It is hard to do, for it can lead to the belief that one is devoid of them when they are not.
