I'd also argue that it has less impact to prefer a GameCube game over a Wii game because the Wii SHIPPED with universal backwards compatibility. Microsoft has to pick and choose which games to add to their system.

@redenchilada I wonder more whom the BC was for anyway, if they wanted it to have impact they would have come with it out of the gates 2 years ago when releasing the thing. Instead they ( when the drm 'call home' thing was still a thing ) deferred to the Xbox360 for people who could not oblidge to that "need". Now we are 2 years after release, those who wanted to remain 360-game-able still have a 360 attached and ready to go( perhaps next to the Xapple ). And to me, because they showed no new kinect things at all on E3, it feels like a " see, we care about our customers" scapegoat so that people with short attention span will forget at one point the Xgrape came unsepperable from the Kinect... But thats just how I see it from what I've heard and saw
