E3's coming, and short of saying HEY WE BROUGHT BACK THE SNES, MADE GAMES CHEAPER, AND BUNDLED AN SDK FOR NEW DEVS TO GET IN ON THE ACTION by someone, I really don't give a flip for much of anything I can imagine them announcing. Though I guess part of those feelings is just my lack of disposable income speaking.

@carcinopony Definitely! I think they're one of the main attractions... Though they're all ponies. Small, brightly-colored talking ponies that look a lot like toys. I hope that's okay. There's also a few stallions and a trap or two for good measure. But it's mostly all the major balloon manufacturers showing off stuff with the intent to get people excited and ready to spend money.

@delc17 Yep, and I sincerely hope you have a blast at it and see lotsa stuff you like. :3 But I just can't afford much of this stuff anymore, and a lot of it seems to be more and more sequels of the same things over and over, and not much of anyone trying to make something to cover unexplored niches.

@starshine This just in, Blizzard, Valve, BioWare, Bethesda, Mojang AB, Relic and Rockstar games are working together on the new My little pony: Friendship is Magic game. it is said to be a modern sci-fi post apocalyptic fantasy game combining elements of shooters, RPGs, RTSs, Typing games and cooking mama. And it all seems to be merging seamlessly together in a way I never expected possible.

@starshine I'd have mixed feelings to the point that they wouldn't be able to resolve without me actually playing the game. How many major developers can you name that have a game with a main, recurring character that is pink that doesn't trash up the game by treating the whole game as press-a-to-win? I can think of maybe 2. Nintendo has Peach, and... And... Wait isn't Kirby also Nintendo? I guess Amy Rose from Sonic Team's titles kinda-almost counts.

@retl I think Nintendo would be the best candidate for a MLP game, considering that their general focus is, and always has been, family-oriented games. They worked with Disney on that Mickey Mouse game and it supposedly is pretty good (I haven't played it), so it's not totally implausible for them to work with Hasbro on a MLP game. If their marketing dept. has their heads screwed on straight I think they'll realize exactly how much they could stand to make from something like this.

@starshine Nintendo never made a Disney game. Capcom has done almost all good Disney games for Nintendo (Aladdin, Mickey's Magical Quest)(SNES era). Disney Interactive has a mixed bag of good games in its repertoire.
