  1. Anybody here heard of PoniArcade? I feel like it'd be pretty awesome if people were more invested in it, but their servers are pretty much always empty. Maybe the MLP community has really died off recently?

    2. @silversonnet I think the community surrounding MLP already hit its peak back a few years ago, at its height it was too large of a cultural phenomenon that it will really die off, but at this point the ubiquity it had in its prime has led it to become pop culture background radiation in its aftermath.

      1. @northernnarwhal That's honestly a very fair judgement. Do you think, at this point, the fandom as a whole is on a timer? Or will we stick around for a lot longer than expected?

        1. @silversonnet I don't think the decline is necessarily exponential, it's just that the franchise will now settle into a more fixed fan following after having experienced the extent of its rising popularity.

    3. @mrmattimation I suppose this was inevitable.

      1. @scribus And by inevitable you mean completely evitable, right?

    4. @silversonnet I'm sorry. I'm reliably informed that me and my bis are the ones killing the fandom.
