@comradeconventrix Pretty much the only war they teach about is WW2. Occasionally WW1. Very occasionally they teach you about the economic and social conditions leading up to said wars, but it's mostly just nazi bashing.

@scribble I honestly don't care about countries. Otherwise I would be "Bluh bluh UK bad" all the time. I was just pointing that throwing perfectly nice tea to say "apples britain" is like burning an US$100 paper to say "kiwi USA", it's utterly stupid.

@comradeconventrix I think it's because it relates to imperialism; our own imperialistic wars that we happened to lose are also missing from our history books. Seems to be just a thing that countries do- don't talk about your own imperialism except when you win.
