@outcastpony I'm totally in favor of everyone living. I'm the problem. For some its easy to avoid here when you are sad, but when you have episodes of happiness and sadness that last for a long time, it's hard to avoid here and loose contact.

@renovatedkitchen If your time in life really isn't valuable to you and you really do value others then there's nothing that should hold you back from doing kind deeds. Go serve at a soup kitchen. Volunteer at a hospital. Go walking in the poor parts of town and look for people to talk to if that's your thing.. shrug I'm not sure what you mean by your kindness has gone down the hole.

@pony I've just been mean to lots of people. Those people can help themselves. They can get a job in construction or something. Canada is not short on giving people jobs. Tons of places are constantly hiring because no one signs up. Lots of people are too lazy to work. When I enjoy my life I love it, but when I have a bad episode I just can't. It's absolutely impossible. I try to hold on to the feelings to self medicate. I hope it helps a little. This way I can recall easily how it feels to be sad and how to be happy. Still doesn't fix the anxiety and stuff though.

@renovatedkitchen enjoy life or don't, but if you're devoted to serving others with everything you have, whether or not you have a kind demeanor, you'll still be making your life worth something to those you serve, and, by extension, yourself.

@renovatedkitchen in the mean time then, I guess let the smaller goals drive you maybe and your progress toward that encourage you to keep going. If your motivation weakens then you can press forward through it or find new life goals.

@caberea it is very rare that I get to enjoy life. Most of the time I am having anxiety attacks, slight psychotic moments and stuff. Once every blue moon my mind is clear and I can enjoy life for a couple hours.

Look, enough of the depressing stuff, sad is sad, and talking about sadness only brings more sad. So don't be sad, be glad, I know it can be hard, but it's easier to be happy when you're talking about happy stuff. So lets stop at least talking sad.
