        @redenchilada @widget maybe put all the affiliate links up there with those 2 or just keep them all outside of a menu I think.

          @pony I don't like having certain links up there because it clutters the menu with options that are useless for average site use but widget said something about "they're heavily related to the site" and wouldn't put the menu up until they were added back in :c

              @scoot I mean, I do realize that most of it is front page only and so it's fine, but... does anyone actually /use/ the new users section? (The page itself is fine though) Or cornify? Or /browser ponies/

                      @scoot I mean I'm not against new features, but when widget finishes whatever he's working on we'll have yet another section in the sidebar and admins will have 7 buttons next to every notice. I'm already hiding half the recently-implemented features through CSS so I'm not on some scavenger hunt to find useful things. :/

                          @scoot It feels like he's adding all these features to try and attract new users. I honestly think a much better way to do that would be to turn /off/ some features so they're not scared off by hundreds of buttons on the page. (A help button on the navbar wouldn't hurt either)

                            @redenchilada A lot of new users seem somewhat overwhelmed, I guess having been used to the site when it was ridiculously simple to use is why I never have trouble with the new stuff, but it's getting complex I'll agree.
