I like iPods and Apple in general but I dislike iPhones. Everyone I know who owns an iPhone looks at my Android like it's retarded.

@zeldatra I still have a Sony Ericcson. One of those slidey-up ones.

@mastertdi LG Optimus Elite. It isnt very elite but it gets the job done and is better than an iPhone.

@zeldatra I'm practically a recluse so I always favour my laptop over a phone.

@zeldatra Hey I have an iPhone. What's wrong with iPhones? They are literally iPods with a phone function.
Thursday, 04-Apr-13 19:17:25 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@yodelerty Exactly. I have an iPod and a phone so why bother?
Thursday, 04-Apr-13 19:18:25 UTC from web-
@zeldatra And I have something that works as both. Why bother having two devices?
Thursday, 04-Apr-13 19:19:46 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@yodelerty I personally have an Android because I like modifying my devices. iPhones generally don't let you play around like that.

@zeldatra Fair enough. I have an iPhone because I'm lazy and like things working for me right out if the box. Plus, gapless playback of music is really nice.

@yodelerty I actually have no real issue with iPhones, I just don't need them.

@widget That's nice. I'll stick with my iPhone, though. I've grown accustomed to the smoothness and stability.

@yodelerty I will agree that iPhones are way more stable. Apple is the king of that sort of thing.

@widget Why does red always complain about his phone not connecting to the wifi or his battery draining instantly then
Thursday, 04-Apr-13 19:37:26 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@yodelerty He probably leaves it plugged in all day. That really takes a toll on your battery life.
Thursday, 04-Apr-13 19:38:43 UTC from web-
@zeldatra No. Keeping it plugged in doesn't drain battery life. Running the battery down all the time drains battery life.

@redenchilada Batteries short out when plugged in on full capacity for extended periods of time. Happened to my laptop, can't even make it through startup if it isn't plugged in.

@zeldatra Good devices route power straight to the device if the battery's fully charged.

@yodelerty The battery was actually going out on me (I got a replacement and haven't had any battery issues since then) and the 3G doesn't stay connected because Sprint's service sucks. (I never implied it has issues with wifi wtf get your facts right)

@widget They actually sold it to LG of all people, who want to use it in Smart TV's. There's also OpenWebOS, which is still totally a thing, even if you can't actually install it anywhere.

@widget He's also molested his software.

@widget In any case, my sister has an Android and it just doesn't feel as nice as my iPhone.
Thursday, 04-Apr-13 19:39:36 UTC from StatusNet iPhone -
@widget More importantly, WebOS lives on in my heart.
