  1. I think now's not the time to dig up my old Scooby-Doo fanfiction where the original 1969 series had like eighty different branching alternate timelines

    1. @thelastgherkin That sounds so convoluted and bad and I'm actually doing something similar on my YouTube.

      1. @zeldatra Apparently I never committed it to print. A shame.

        1. @thelastgherkin Going back to Scooby Doo and canon, what's up with them knowing the Hex Girls no matter where they go, except for in Witch's Ghost where they thought they were witches.

          1. @zeldatra Witch's Ghost was their first meeting with them, and then after meeting them they knew them? Generally when you make new friends your relationship then proceeds in chronological order

            1. @thelastgherkin Are you sure? Could have sworn they appeared first in like the 80s or something. Huh. Must be mistaken. Anyway, their next meetings after that are when they have the original 1969 van, which they did not have in Witch's Ghost. The Witch's Ghost van was confirmed to be a newer van when Fred said something along the lines of "I miss this thing." In regards to the 1969 can.

              1. @zeldatra I don't see why missing the old van precludes them from ditching the new one and getting the old one back.

                1. @thelastgherkin OMG stop ruining my Scooby Doo headcanon

    2. @thelastgherkin I hate the new serieies. They all got into relationships, and the one before it was made for children.

      1. @azureblaze It's always been made for children.

      2. @azureblaze Did you just imply that Scooby Doo was like some sort of an adult show before

Friday, 06-Sep-13 17:32:42 UTC from web
        1. @zeldatra @thelastgherkin I felt like it was more of an adult type show when I watched it when I was small. (6 years of age)

          1. @azureblaze It did have all the hallmarks of adult shows: people falling over things, painfully obvious villains, and crappy animation.
