    That'll give you a list of every piece of hardware on that computer (what you want from here is the Graphics card(s))
    as for ram right click on My Computer > Properties
    This will show you the CPU and RAM

  26. @hfaust @critialcloudkicker To be accurate, NOOBS is a customised Debian derivative for the Pi, with a few pieces of OLPC style educational software built in. It also has a bunch of drivers for the various add ons ready baked in.
