It would be pretty ambitious, but I was thinking about one of the following: Equestria Risk, a pony version of Settlers of Catan (Settlers of Equestria?), or a version of Clue that takes place in Canterlot Castle (except instead of a murder, maybe somepony just got incapacitated.) Actually, I'm liking that last idea, lol, I think it would be fun to be all liek, " I think it was Pinkamena, in the ballroom, with cupcakes!"

@crimsonvalor lol I actually had an idea to do that a couple weeks ago, I guess someponies just beat me to it lol. Now that makes me want to design more pony-themed board games XD

@slapdash hehe well, its still really cool that you're working on the team that creates and produces a major television cartoon! btw are by chance on any IMs? It would be really cool to chat with you in real time XD

@slapdash cool, I do think I have a pretty nostalgic feeling about the cartoons of the 80s' and 90s- lol I watched alot of cartoons as a kid hehe. I really love the late 80's/early 90's Don Bluth animated films- back when he really did go toe to toe with Disney. Its a pity that feature film animation isn't like that any more. Oh yeah, btw, I had a classmate who was an intern at Cartoon Network- although it wasn't in SoCal, it was actually all the way across the country in Atlanta. He was a level design intern on the Cartoon Network FusionFall online game. Actually I had several classmates who interned there, a couple of them were artists on the game =)

@slapdash I think its really cool that you're working at Cartoon Network. I do loves me some cartoons. Both western cartoons and anime. I especially liked the 90's era cartoon network cartoons- those were awesome. How bout you? what kind of animation do you like?

@slapdash ah I see. Yeah, I'm a big fan of the older games too. My favorite RPG is from the same era- Chrono Trigger =)

@slapdash hehe well... I wouldn't say I've exactly gotten to that point yet. To tell you the truth, I'm actually kinda " in-between jobs" right now. I had a really sweet paid internship at a game company as I was finishing up graduate school. But that ended a few months ago and I wasn't able to get hired on full time there, so I'm on the hunt for another opportunity. I am actually working for an indie studio right now, and we are working on commercial titles (We've shipped one published game so far); the studio is a group of my close friends from college. Only downside is I'm working for just a name credit ( but no wages). so Lol so yeah, living the dream, but not quite making a living yet lol. Do you play alot of games? Do you consider yourself a "gamer" (although sometimes I feel like I'm not even sure how to define that word anymore lol XD.)

@slapdash doing pretty well, thanks! Ah cool, that's really cool. I live several miles over, in the Arcadia/Pasadena area. I have several friends who live and work around the Burbank area and also work in cartoons/animation or other related entertainment fields. Yeah, when I was a student, I got to work at some pretty cool internships as well (although a slightly different industry than you)- I studied video game design in school XD

@beatlepony Nice! Lucky you! Well, hope you have a good time, and run into some other bronies there. Maybe you'll even run into some of the production staff. Lauren Faust has given panels at Comicon before, I think, a alot people in the entertainment industry probably go every year...
