@ellistia The first one, yeah. The only difference - aside from Blue being DS and Red being GBA - is certain Pokémon occur naturally in only one game. E.g. Minun shows up in Blue and Plusle in Red. However, you can still get all the exclusives by completing certain missions, the codes to which you can find online. Aside from that I believe they're exactly the same.

@ellistia You know what I think would help you? Do as my girlfriend used to do: play multiplayer games to make conversation more casual and have topics of conversation with other players. Then make friends with those people and mantain regular conversation. Eventually you get used to talking again.
