  30. @foxgopher They were also villains. Before Faust left I think there very well could have been male alicorn villains (just like NMM was a villain). The possibility of ascension to alicornhood now places a whole different meaning on being a winged unicorn, and that meaning seems to be that they're benevolent royalty. Nothing says it has to be only female (yet), but I admit it doesn't look to good for stallions right now.
