@scribus so i'm not the only one who uses time rather than distance! :D

@awl Yeah, I used to do distance, but that was kind of hard to track without a track, and I couldn't tell if I was doing better or worse in endurance, so I started doing like "Three minutes jog, one minute walk, repeat X times, increase over time."

@scribus that's truly the only way i know how to actually measure endurance.

I climbed (clumb?) some really tall stairs last night and now my buttcheeks are kinda sore.

@critialcloudkicker pretty much the doctor said. Also said that if i feel any mild amount of pain, it likely wont go away. I dont know if i do feel it or not.
