@allen2142 Legend of the Five Rings is a card game that takes place in Rokugan, fantasy world based on feudal Japan. The story is focused on an empire comprised of 9 great clans, which the players play as to fight for control of Rokugan either on the battlefied or in the imperial courts. While samurai and steel are strong, there is a political aspect of honor and dishonor that can turn the tide of battle. you play samurai out of your four starting provinces, and use them to attack your opponent's provinces in an effort to get rid of them (and also defend your own provinces all the while). You have an honor total that may prevent you from recruiting certain samurai if your honor isn't high enough, and you can even lose if your honor is too low. You can also win if you reach 40 honor. But those who seek the honor victory are just as likely to get crushed on the battlefield before their appeal to the imperial assembly comes through for them
