@mcbrony The direction I'm sensing from the music video alone is more abstract and creativity. I'm in the News field of media so that doesn't really require too much creativity. For you, I think Capilano or The Art Institutes is a better fit than BCIT. However, if you're willing to go through the hoops of television news, BCIT does offer a comprehensive program on this field. It's all about what you want to strengthen, your creativity or your skills.

!vancouverbronies @tophat and @tequilasunrise, the news story I shot at VancouFur and the following Saturday at the Bamboo Cafe has just wrapped up editing with my Journalist at BCIT. Expect a 3 minute version on the 15 minute "BCIT Magazine" newscast, and a separate HD 1080p 4 minute version soon.

@tophat All depends on how busy I am. One problem with doing it via internet means is the various formats people would be sending in footage by. If it was a real physical meetup with 1 camera, it'd be better manageable. (also, that audio equipment at the meetup was BCIT's, so I don't have my own audio equipment)

!vancouverbronies Attention every Vancouver pony, There may be a chance you could be on camera tomorrow at the meetup and I may be asking for a few interviews. I may also have to bail after you guys decide to go to find pony merchandise cause I don't want to deal with mall security and my professional ENG camera. (Unless you guys can show me the merchandise outside the Mall once you got it) Again, fair warning.

!vancouverbronies We just wrapped up the "Saturday" meet. Not many showed up because of VancouFur this same weekend, but there was fun to be had getting ponies without getting a happy meal... This doesn't mean there won't be another meetup at VancouFur. I'll see you all there tomorrow at 11AM.
