@ponyveteran !vgp Metal Gear isn't a stealth game. It's an action game with stealth elements. Like Deus Ex: HR, or Splinter Cell Conviction.

@ponyveteran @puzzlemint Actually, Konami WANTS people to sneak, but they knew some would rush the game. Me I beat all Metal Gear Solid games without being spotted or killing anyone.

God I am so glad to have a PS3 again, not just to play games on it, but also because I love using it as a media center for playing music and videos on my HDTV, it's so much better at doing that than the 360 is in my opinion. !vgp

@redenchilada It's uber cheap on Ebay, I am highly considering picking it up. ^^ (plus playing the Billy Hatcher themed tracks in SEGA All Stars Racing has only made me want to play it even more)

@thatonepony The big problem with weapons in Mass Effect 1, though, is that they're all the same. Pick any three shotguns, the only difference between them is their stats. || Meanwhile, over in Mass Effect 2, compare the Eviscerator, the Scimitar, and the Claymore. They all handle completely differently; they're each better at certain things and worse at others, and they each compliment a different playstyle. The same is true of all of the other weapon types (though as a Vanguard main with a lot of experience, I think the differences between Shotguns are more pronounced). This adds an element of variety that ME1 desparately lacked. || While I don't agree with all of the changes they made in Mass Effect 2, I think the end result is a vast improvement in terms of gameplay. Shame I can't say the same for the story, but you can't win 'em all. !vgp

Managed to do the mission with ONE second left, I would feel a sense of relief, but I only got an A, and I need AAA on all missions x.x !vgp

Getting sorta tempted to pre-order the PS Vita, but I'm dubious as Uncharted is the only game I want + overpriced memory cards (£40 for 16GB, which is insane as a 32gb Micro SD Card typically runs you £30) !vgp

I really am not used to how much ligher the PS3 Slim is compared to the original, I press the power button and I damn near push it over xD !vgp

@partypinkiestyle I've had to catch it 3 times or so, the old one didn't budge an inch whenever I pressed the power button, inserted things into it (cards, USB sticks etc) before it broke, but my new Slim is a totally different story.

@leonkfox Get used to not slamming your hand into the power button? I've never used an original model, so I can't compare, but the Slim doesn't usually slide around when I mess with it.

@redenchilada I don't "slam" it, but still, even with the push I'm used to it knocks it over, I'm starting to get used to it though (I stand it up to save space, same goes for my 360)

!vgp Just played the demo of "Q.U.B.E." It seems like quite an interesting game. If you liked Portal, this game seems to have a very similar gameplay style, so I'd say definitely try out the demo at least!

About to play the Resistance 3 demo for the first time, I've been keen to play this game :) Will try it with both the Dual Shock 3 and Move. God I am loving having a PS3 again, even if the 360 is my main system I still missed it a great deal! !vgp

!tes !vgp Does anyone else remember #Morrowind? And how there were only, like, three NPCs that the game considered to be "essential"; how, even though they were essential, the game would still let you kill them, and it would just give you a message saying "hey, that guy was really important, you might want to load an old save if you want to actually finish the main quest"; how it would let you keep playing even after killing them, and how there were still other ways to finish the main quest without them? Wasn't that just the most amazing thing ever, not to mention really fantastic game design? || In other news, I'm kind of annoyed with #Skyrim at the moment. Can't imagine why.

@puzzlemint Clicking my recently used #Morrowind tag, I saw this post. And I have to agree with you. Morrowind is best !TES game. Skyrim is good, but nowhere near Morrowind.
