@abigpony Everypony has his preferences. I don't have an opinion on Twist one way or the other. She's just a background pony that had a few lines in like ONE episode to me. I like to quietly chuckle to myself when others are going around like "I LOVE TWITHT THO THUPER!"

Here's what I think: this place is PRETTY COOL. If you want to badmouth how it's gotten so terrible and how it used to be so much better, at least take a moment to think about what, specifically, you find so objectionable. Just saying "it sucks now" is counterproductive and just feeds a negative atmosphere. Saying that "certain people" are the problem is even worse, because not only are you playing the blame-game, you're also unwilling to be the change you want to see when you don't like something. Either learn to ignore others and move along if you have a difference of opinion, or speak out - in a civilized manner - about it. Offer a solution, otherwise you're not helping anything. Stop complaining and do something productive.

This fandom has the weirdest sense of entitlement. Hasbro doesn't owe anyone anything. They're not going to make show-accurate figures just to please you people. If they make show accurate figures, it will be in response to cold hard stats and profit forecasts, not because you're "the biggest fans ever". Besides all that, how is a portion of the fanbase that mostly pirated the episodes and actively produces knockoff merchandise a group of people they want to retain?

@leonkfox I could be wrong of course (I frequently am). Something about the way she talks about it makes me think her stepping down wasn't entirely amicable, It's very...filtered. The same way politicians and people taking legal advice talk when they're trying to avoid compromising a case. If you read her answers to questions on the subject, they're all basically "No comment" wrapped in fancy language.

@abigpony I get what you're saying, but I still don't agree with the pornographic images. These are childrens' characters, they appeal to many an adult yes but they are children's characters nonetheless. I don't have an issue with what I guess you could call "Yiff artwork" on the whole, but I hate sexuliasation of children's characters of any kind.

@abigpony I can't "love and tolerate" sexual images of childrens' characters, especially when the characters ARE children themselves (Tails and Cream are two big examples of this) I'm sorry, but it seems sick and twisted to me to want to "clop" (as most Bronies say) to stuff meant for children. I iterate that not all yiff bothers me though.

@nightlight MLP has done wonders! I would say if it wasn't for Lauren Faust it wouldn't have been even close to what it is now. We all just wanted something good to come on television and she answered at a different angle.

@nightlight I do ignore it most of the time ,but if someone asks me for my opinion on Rule 34 for childrens' material, I just tell exactly how I feel (okay no one "asked"' me here per say, but you know what I mean)
