@derpyshy Well, it can't hurt to give Xubuntu or Lubuntu a try using Wubi. It's not as fast as it can be then, but at least you can see if you'll like it enough in general to consider a real installation: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/windows-installer (If you get to this step: http://www.ubuntu.com/sites/www.ubuntu.com/files/active/02_ubuntu/windows-installer-4.png just choose "Lubuntu" or "Xubuntu" under "Desktop environment"). But no, there is (still) no Photoshop for Linux. But seeing how much popularity Linux is gaining, and even Steam coming to it, I think it'll be only a matter of time.
