@kamikaze an interglacial age won't make the planet more volatile, but water levels will rise and we'll eventually have to migrate due to changes in fertility etc. Professionals have tracked our temperatures as falling over the last little while despite greenhouse gasses. It is VERY unlikely that the earth will warm (greenhouse gasses or not) quickly enough to cause any great catastrophe, but coastal cities will eventually be swallowed up as the caps melt.
