@thelastgherkin Also seeing those I believe the head chef actually ordered happily coloured plastic re-usable ice-cubes. Nowadays they either go unused or someone threw them out, because they make everything they touch taste like plastic akin to the taste you get when you use disposable cups at a camping site to drink soup, tea, coffee, or anything hot.
