  3. @pixeltwister Tried it shortly. Must say, it booted up and shut down really quickly, even in a Virtual Machine. I like the basic design ideas. The problem is, I prefer to use my keyboard over my mouse whenever possible and Haiku doesn't seem to be based around the keyboard, even though it had a fair amount of keyboard shortcuts, so I felt I'm slower with my daily tasks on there than I am with them on my awesome (not bragging, it's the name of the window manager I use) desktop.

  4. @pixeltwister Oh, I have read it before I even posted the dang thing. Took a while since safari was being a murdock. Yeah, the movie is a dead giveaway. You do have to admit, some of the "episodes" could be actually pretty go episodes.

  8. @pixeltwister I gave Haiku a little try once, couldn't reallt find anything to do with it. Seemed slick, but it was way too young to be useful.

  9. @pixeltwister I've never tried Haiku yet, I wanted to try it but got put off by the size of the main developer's ego. Guess I should give it a try, it doesn't look all that bad.

  10. @pixeltwister I think Ubuntu is too boring, having everything set up for you. Besides that, I truly find Unity and GNOME to be too limiting for me. If I have to use one of the more popular desktop environments I'd use KDE, perhaps Cinnamon (if it wouldn't require PulseAudio) but I'll never say goodbye to awesome, it truly fits its name.

  12. @pixeltwister Just search for Playstation 3 themes within the browser, you get tons of search results and they can be downloaded/installed from the system itself. I installed several and then applied my favourite to the XMB :)
