@thepuzzldpirate !bcbronies I'm sure you'd rather do some stuff at the end of the con on Saturday, but do you think we could hold a second screening for the people who couldn't get into the first? Like, a rotation around 5:00?

Save the seats for the staff that have contact with you and that is it. I will give those seats away at 3:45 if they don't show up. again, I am really sorry, this is the worst feeling and I'm not at the event yet. XD. On Facebook, they are planning a smaller screening on laptops for the people that can't make it in but want to hang for afterwards. I'm not forcing anyone to stay in the room for the full four hours(I have to be the last one to leave) so feel free to go whenever.

@fang8989 !bcbronies If you're talking about the finale, it's first-come-first-serve, there are no tickets. And we won't favor anyone over anyone else in letting them in, with the exceptions of the people who are bringing devices necessary for the screening (mainly myself and @tesla500), @thepuzzldpirate, and anyone on the show's staff.

Out of interest, what do you want for those? Full 1080, or 720? (ie, what can the hardware being brought support?)

@thepuzzldpirate !bcbronies Thanks, by the way, for working so hard on all this planning. I'm currently in the process of modifying the http://mlpf.im/BcFinale document to reflect the changes. Everyone let me know if there's anything I neglected to mention or anything that should be edited. @seanprice Sorry. We're busy planning the finale meetup. You can roll with my crew at Fan Expo, I'll figure out a meeting place for when they open the gates. Swag. @thunderdash We don't know the current number, though people were only supposed to sign up on the poll if they were absolutely coming. I know that's a load of crap and idiots are going to sign up on it either way, but we'll probably get some tag-alongs from the Expo so it balances out. DO NOT invite more people. I am very sorry about this. The document was just to get a gauge for how many people are coming and signing up on there DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANYONE A SPOT.

!Bcbronies Cancel all invites from here on, I apoligize but we are unable to expand and because of fire saftey, we can NOT GO OVER 60, If we end up with more than 60, i will start turning people away from the door who don't bring money. The only people who i will play favortism is to staff that were part of the show. Again I apoligize but this is now completly out of my hands. If anyone is coming from facebook, copy and paste this

@bronymike !bcbronies I'm working till 8 so I won't be able to call, call thier office before 5, just say your with the vancouver brony group and asked how concerend they are if we go over, if they are upset, ask them if the other room is avalable for expansion, get back to me with the awnser and we go from there, their number is 604-331-3823

!bcbronies Alright, we just got a few more people added to the list, and I'm becoming concerned for the capacity. There are some other people who work on the show who got wind of the meetup and are hoping to attend. @thepuzzldpirate Would you be able to expand? I'm sorry for not doing this before Saturday, and if you can think of a way for me to get you the extra money needed to rent the other room, I'll gladly pay the difference. I figure when we're taking the $5 at the door, we'll make sure you get paid off first, and then I'll bear the risk of not earning back my part. Got any ideas?

@therealscoutaloo !bcbronies The only way we'd be able to meet is if you came to Nanaimo or something, since I plan on taking a cab to the 6:30 or 8:30 ferry to Horseshoe Bay. As for staying overnight, if nobody is able to let us crash on a floor, we should start discussing hotel options. A friend from Nanaimo may also be coming over, but he's a huge maybe right now, so we'll see where that goes. I'd like to stick around after the Expo on Saturday for some drinking shananigans as well as be around for the Reboot panel on the Sunday, since I've loved that show ever since it came out when I was little.
