!bcbronies: okay, I will say this now and probably some of it at the meetup, keep a level of class and not get to rowdy,I would like to keep it casual but no yelling at the top of your lungs please. I missread about food, they have to know what we bring in ourselves, they know about pop and chips so please refrain from bringin anything but snack related. Some baked goods but keep it finger food. I dont want to break contract. Last of all, this space isnt ours so clean up after yourselves. I dont think bad of anyone here, I'm just covering my bases so if something does come up, I can say I told you.

!bcbronies "OK sounds good. I've got it on my agenda to come down around 3:30 and watch it with you guys. The only problem is my Monday show deliveries are unpredictable and sometimes I find the weekends get backed up with work overflow. However I'll certainly do my best to attend and will give you an update later in the week if I think there will be a problem. I appreciate you keeping it as "special guest" and not making too much of a big deal. Hasbro is pretty precious about public appearances and I'd rather keep it on the down low."

!bcbronies Just a reminder to everyone, I believe that since this is less than a week away, we are now locked into our 60-person-capacity room with the finale meetup plan outlined at http://mlpf.im/BcFinale. Now we've just got during-the-con meetups to plan, as well as snacks and the like. @thepuzzldpirate, what's the protocol in case we suddenly get like 120 people with us the day-of and they're all paying? Is there still any possibility of short-notice expansion?

!bcbronies So, I'm considering tossing together a ramshackle cosplay in the small seconds I've got between planning, work, projects, and finals. I've already bought a whole bunch of assorted random-grapes clothes that I'm gonna lazily sew onto each other. Wish me luck!

!bcbronies @thunderdash ...It's on the same weekend as it? The finale's on the 21st, as is the first day of the convention. A lot of us are going to the convention and we're gonna walk from there to the meetup at the library. Your choice. @armadillo Not sure. Have you asked their group? They'd probably have a better idea what subgroups might exist. @thepuzzldpirate Indeed. The meetup's all ages, so make sure any refreshments are too. For our drinkers, I think someone's planning a drinking game meetup after the con's done for the day. So, this is somewhere at the big coliseum library, right? And you know exactly where the room is? I've got school projects still and won't be able to work on it much.

!bcbronies: PART 2: I hoping to play the video at 4 or 5 and hang out for a bit after that, get thing slowed down for the last hour and clean up. What we do after that is completely up to us. I don't think anyone will but I will say it anyway, no booze. i don't care if we drink but that is for after, not during the meetup. If anyone else is unclear about something, I will try to answer.

!bcbronies: all right. time to answer questions and tell people my plans for April 21st. First off, if people want to bring drinks and food, I won't discourage nor turn away, it would be great to have, just not mandatory from anyone. The Vancouver Public Library is at 350 West Georgia Street, quite easy to get to from the sky train. As for money side. The total when everything,(taxes and stuff.) is about $301. No I won't make it to the weekly as I have work but I wouldn't take payment there anyway, save it for the meetup. I'm looking for at least 250$ back so please bring cash or I won't be able to do this kind of stuff again. For the plans of time, I hoping to make it to DeLancie's panel at one along with the shot. I hoping to get around the library at 2:30 but no later than 3. I will hang around the front doors of the place to help get bronies to the room, they can chill with me or hang out at the room, I will head to the room myself after an hour.

@tjdetweiler !bcbronies Lots of people don't like Facebook. One reason I specifically don't like Facebook for planning this stuff is that there are a LOT of subtle/secret/private bronies, and when planning on FB, either everything's too public and we'll scare off the shy people or everything's too private and we won't be discovered by external newcomers. This is an internally-contained place where people can plan brony stuff. Feel free to make a group if you want and link it in here a few times, but I'd like this to remain the main source for meetups and planning, or at the very least I'd like all plans for such to be mentioned on here.

!bcbronies Due to the time of the expo and the viewing party, I'd like to request of anyone attending the meetup/the viewing party at 3ish to refrain from spoiling the episode if they saw it before coming. Anypony coming from a good distance away (Islanders such as myself) or those that want to be there for the Expo opening (10 AM, same time as the finale broadcast) won't have seen it. I don't know about anyone else, but I wouldn't be too thrilled if I got spoiled on the last episode we'll be seeing for a good 5 months a few hours before I saw it for the first time.
