@tenebarius Well if you see a councilor (like a proffessional councilor not a school one) it should help a lot they are strangers but most likely wont be when youre done thats a stranger you can talk to

@tenebarius Its called mixed feelings dont be scared youre not evil hapieness and sadness are like two different emotions they can be different levels at the same time there are situations where they can be different levels and not effect each other (aka i believe that may be the start of depression)
