Took a final exam this morning. Totally aced it. Came back home, replacement wheel for my car was on the front porch, so I got that fixed. Then I drove MY car to Toys'R'Us (and thanks @thelastgherkin for making me realize I'd never checked there). Walked in, went right to the girls' section... PONY EVERYWHERE. Made small talk with the other woman in that aisle. She asked me if I was shopping for a little sister or something, I said "nope." Picked up a Dash and Twilight and went to check out. Cashier asked if I wanted a gift receipt. I looked down at my Rainbow Dash t-shirt, looked at the Rainbow Dash box, looked back up at her, said "nope." #likeaboss #bestdayever

@theawesomepony up till 5 years ago I was a cop, got into an accident, which knocked me into my current "situation". which basically means getting into shape one day at a time untill I can rejoin. During my line of duty I learned a LOT of languages to settle disputes through language barriers by acting as a cop and a translator. Or were you not asking about that ?

!lgbtqiponies So my mom, who has never really been supportive or particularly pleased by my lifestyle (she's a christian, and I know what her thoughts on the subject is.) though never really condemning me either just mentioned a local gay dating website she heard of from a coworker to me, suggesting I try it out. I really am not interested in online dating, but I have to say I was really touched at the gesture. I never imagined she would actually try to help me get a boyfriend. I actually kind of wanted to cry a little bit when I realized the implications.
