  1. @adiwan I managed to pull it out OK, but it's just too tiny, fragile, and fiddly for my soldering skillz

  2. @adiwan And I mean, music is still using the basically-identical 1/4" version of the same damn plug. It's dependable! And wheels are still not triangular! lol

  3. @adiwan I got 2 cheap pairs of Apple knockoffs, one of them the case's charge button just broke and fell into the case so they can't charge unless I use the other pair's case. Also, I just have the worst luck with Bluetooth, anyway.

  11. @adiwan If they need clothes, then they must have a sexy body to hide. If they don't have the weird lizard boobs, then why wear clothes? (I guess is what the reasoning looks like)

  14. @adiwan I grew up in rural Florida where standing in the snake was a real issue and I’m disturbingly comfortable around snakes as a result.

  16. @adiwan But Troma have managed to make feature films for a half-million dollar budget pretty reliably all the while, not inflation adjusted - $500,000 in 80s money for 80s movies, and still $500k in 2010s money for 2010s movies. And that has included some endearing jank, like a car flip/explosion they've used constantly since 1991 or so.

  20. @adiwan If I could draw worth a crap, I would have liked to do a similar "animatic" vibe for the podcast I narrated, but alas I never took the time to develop the skill

  27. @adiwan TV Tropes mentions an official "What if" ending, per the creator. Earl struggles with completing an entry, and happens to meet someone from his past who had wronged him. The guy had heard about Earl, and was inspired to do his own list. Earl realized he's finally had a truly positive influence on the world, and goes on with his life. I like knowing that, even if they didn't get to film it.

  28. @adiwan Officially, the cancelation happened because of financial issues over at NBC from the then-recent recession. They had been given the go-ahead to start writing for a fifth season, which is why the fourth one ends on a cliffhanger.
