  1. @adiwan It took me so long to rediscover a list of phrases with all the English phonemes that I had previously used. A familiar feel, indeed.

  8. @adiwan Makes sense. I took to using it because people would have an atheism fit over "bless you," though one time I used "Shut the hell up!" to significant comedic effect.

  9. @adiwan Is that not correct, or is our accent that bad, or is it just kind of a sudden and jarring shift?

  17. @adiwan An interesting thing about these games is that whenever there's female players, a gay character shows up sooner or later.

  18. @adiwan I wonder what percentage of all campaigns involve brothels.

  19. @adiwan On the first session, the wizard, specializing in elemental magic, set up the same brothel on fire accidentally when he had his first time with one of the workers.

  20. @nerthos @adiwan He along a teenaged barely-out-of-magic-school wizard managed to screw up robbing a brothel, he ran off, went on a crime spree, and then was smart enough to change into normal clothes and dress a beaten up assassin in his chinese clothing to evade consequences.

  21. @adiwan Last time I played, one of the guys had lost his sheets so he made a level 1 rogue whose backstory was that he was a Chinese peasant from the imperial China era who was planeshifted by a wizard. He knew of nothing other than rice farming and could only speak chinese, so he could only communicate by gestures.
