@aleister Wave over (in context). The Brain Age TAS. The point was to abuse the handwriting recognition and draw goofy pictures for answers.

@aleister That's the point

@aleister Don't worry about it. We don't expect every newpony to be 100% certain of everything.

@aleister Make sure to click the reply button (4th button from the left on the bottom of people's posts) to directly reply to them so you don't need to worry about misspelling usernames and to keep context.

@aleister It'd be the same effect, and I don't have a level 70+ ghost type to throw in.

@aleister Never will like UKofE again. They stole all our meetups traffic.

@aleister If you want to follow a notice back into its conversation tree, you can click the "in context" link to view the entire conversation tree. This makes it easy to follow multiple conversations at once involving the same people. You can also hover over the link, and if the notice shows up elsewhere on the page, it'll show you that notice above the one you're reading for convenience purposes. You can also use #tags to post about something interesting, or join a group for people with similar interests (which you post to like you would post to a tag page, except replacing the # with a !, like !groupname). The rules are linked in the upper-left corner of the page next to the link for the staff list (if you've got things to do, you can just look at the main bullet points of the rules and be well-informed enough; the expanded information is just to clarify things). Enjoy the site!

@aleister Well, most of the activity happens on the public timeline, which is the main page of the site. There are also some handy links in the dropdown menu with your name in the upper-right corner. Personal is a timeline for just people you've subscribed to (or people who respond to you). Inbox is a way to send private messages to friends (people you've subscribed to, and who have subscribed to you back) or site staff. Replies is a quick place to find notices directed toward you. Settings is where you can customize your profile, set an avatar, and change your username if you so desire, among other things. Next to each notice is a row of buttons: the heart adds a notice to your favorites (which also helps it get to the Popular Notices section on the side of the front page), the arrow to the right of that lets you respond directly to a notice (which links the notices together in a conversation, for later reference) and the recycle symbol repeats the notice onto your personal timeline.
