Ft. Meade is a very mentally draining place... So many crying children...so much punting that needs to be done. Only got 3 and a half hours of work in today because my headache got so bad that my vision was starting to be affected by it. Work (my real job) is going to be fun tonight...X-X

It's painful shortening a 1000 word essay to 300-400 words. Stopping at 500 because I'm starting to cut too much crap out. Curse you Eng111 for being too easy. I pray my next assignment actually has depth.

@lyokotravels What makes it worse that it's only a 400 word paper for my Eng111 class. It's not hard. I just can't seem to focus long enough to do it.

I love how a great professor and define a class and make your day awesome. My morning started horrible. Friend woke up late, putting us behind; earbuds fell off my neck when I was getting into my car and spend so much time dragging alone the ground that all that is left are wires; and I loved my keys in my car. I was at the point where I was going to say screw school for today and go home but I decided to at least go to my Cultural Anthropology class since I actually liked that class. I got there about 20 minutes late. 10 minutes into that class I had already forgotten about my bad day. I'm now at the point where I'm hunting down every class he teachers so I can take them.

@mrn4rmn4rm I don't know about the touch series but I know the Video series had av cables. When i was big into anime in high school (I still sort of am, but I've branched back out into other forms of animation now. Japanese animators are still among my favorite though), I would put episodes on my iPod. Since the teacher who hosted my school's club had a projector, I just hooked it up to the projector and we'd watch stuff from there.

Bought Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle (The ones where you can style their hair) today. Toys R Us was out of Fluttershys. Just ordered the blind bag collection from their website as well.

@abigpony He knew a head of time there would be people that would zoom ahead in work. He said he's going to try to set some stuff aside to help keep us interested but he knows he wont be able to do it all the time.

@abigpony I already told the professor that I'm sorry in advance if I fall asleep. I try to keep awake since I know I don't know some of the smaller, finer details. I'm just going to end up sitting in the far corner and do my best to keep through it all.

@abigpony I hope so. Granted, they're only 1/4 of the class but they're so loud and annoying it feels like they're the entire class. I hate how it's impossible to test out of this course unless you've done like, AP music theory in high school.

@abigpony I mean that they were the right out of high school kids who only know tabs and are obsessed with smoke on the water and stairway to heaven BS. There were a few guitarists that, while having never learned sheet music, were respectable. but most of them were annoying brats that were the type to plague the high school band room during lunch thinking they were the best at guitar.

@abigpony I'm not saying I don't like it. It's just that it's VERY basic and it's a 3 hour class. That, and most of the people in my class are wanna be guitarists who have never seen sheet music. The people who do know stuff about music pretty much spent the entire class sleeping.

Today was my first class of Music Theory 101 (We only have class once a week and natural disasters canceled 2 weeks of class). It was so slow that I spent half the time imagining Assassina Octavia swooping in and making the class awesome. Sadly, my dreams were not realized. Spent the rest of the time making lazy attempts at drawing Assassina Octavia in my notes.
