    So my parents' DSL modem/WiFi router died to death. Tried the reboot, tried the reset button, even called tech support - nothing got it running again. So, as a gag, I loaded up the Sonic Screwdriver app on my phone, and proceeded to sonic the router. It clicked and the lights started blinking differently. Turns out, it was resetting every few minutes as part of being broken, and I just had great comedic timing.
