Ugh, I've learned the hard way that alcohol on an empty stomach is bad. I only drank one glass, but I've got a terrible headache now x.x #imanidiot

@conventrix It was only one glass, I know my limit is pretty low so I didn't even take another glass. I don't want to end up like the first and only time I really went over my limit, I can be good enough at being depressed and suicidal without alcohol already :P But well, I'll just keep drinking water and I should be fine then, right?

@omni Yes. The chemical processes the body uses to metabolise alcohol use water as a reactant. Supplying more water will make you feel better and clear your system.

@agubi Because I have issues filtering whatever comes towards me. I can't "just ignore" what I don't like. Besides that, I can imagine all things I dislike in detail, and my mind starts seeing it, even though I don't want to. For example, yesterday I kept seeing myself breaking my fingers over and over again for a few hours, even though it never really happened. I'm sure I would be a lot more stable if I could stop that, but I just don't know how.

@agubi I've spend months with psychiatrists, I believe even longer than a year, but it didn't help at all. Medication only made it worse so I just fight against it myself, as much as I can, even though that doesn't always work.

@cavatina Oh, I know... I mean, my owner is the only person I trust completely and the only one I would even think about sharing a room with at night. I've been through some sexual abuse and it is just so great to be able to hold on to her and even fall asleep when she's there without having to have any fear of going through abuse again. Just, the feeling of safety is unexplainably great to me. Just the simple fact that, no matter what happens, you will always be safe with your master is great, really great.

@cavatina @scribble Huh, interesting. I personally wouldn't be happy with it if my owner would do that with anyone but me. Then again, having "DID" as doctors call it (even though I don't consider it to be a "disease" as it makes my life easier in general instead of harder) that is somewhat the case anyway. Even though another of my personalities wouldn't do anything with her, they do something with one of her other personalities. I must say that the relationships of you two are quite advanced, though. I'm not saying they're bad in any way but I really need to think a lot to understand everything correctly, and I am not really in a state where I can do that now.

@ceruleanspark I suppose that is correct, but... they're like friends... And, you can't call friends a "disease" either, can you?... I mean, I know that the word disease has become relatively meaningless because of how often it is used, but it still implies to be something which is "diseasing" for somebody, so making something harder. However, they make my life easier. Sometimes some of them can "absorb" some of the thoughts I can't take so without them everything would be harder for me. Therefore, I can't consider them a "disease".

@omni How do they..feel? Are the abstract constructs, or distinct individuals? Do they have names? To what extent do they operate separately to your core?

@ceruleanspark Individuals for sure. They have names, at least, most of them. We still haven't decided about a name for one of them. They generally operate fairly independently, though they most of the time are able to read the thoughts of each others and they can talk to each other. Depending on the situation they sometimes can keep thoughts away from others (something some personalities really need to do because of my instability, which actually takes some trouble as it's quite easy to accidentally "leak" thoughts). So, they're pretty individual, but still are "connected" because they have to share one location for their thoughts. It's generally an easy life, except when multiple personalities are awake as all their thoughts can be heard and sometimes conflict. If more than 2 are awake it usually becomes a complete chaos (it also drains energy to have more than one personality awake). It's hard to explain, really, so I hope you can still follow it x.x

@omni I hate to interrupt, but that sounds more like the concept of Tulpas. DiD sufferers most often cannot talk to their alternate personalties, and black out for large periods of time.

@omni I'm probably wrong, I'm not exactly an expert on psychology. Also, I've never heard of a Tulpa manifesting itself. and to put it in simple terms, a Tulpa is a personality that you create through intense visulalization, essentially creating another conciousness that you can talk to. What you're describing sounds like a Tulpa brought on in a manner similar to DiD. I

@ceruleanspark Including myself, 7, thought most of them have become quite weak over time so there are only 2 (excluding myself) which are really active. Most sleep for days, weeks or even months without waking up.

@ceruleanspark I have arrived safely. It was a beautiful day so far, after a lot of crying I got her to chain me again (something she hasn't done for a year or so) and the result was great. It was like being "teleported" to when she used to do that. We felt so awesome about it that we ended up crying out of pure happiness. Even now I need to watch out my eyes don't get teary. @omni @scribble It kinda is not~ It's really hard to explain, cause they were mine and rammy's pets before they even had any sort of love interest in each other...its all weird even for me XD I'd say it'd be more cheating if either of them basically broke off from us, but the other carried on...thats when i'd actually not want to do anything whatsoever actually. @toksyuryel @cavatina It's hard to explain, but mine and Cavatina's relationship is pretty much that of a pet and their owner. Where by, the owner is in a relationship with someone else, the pet is also in a relationship with someone else, but there is still love between the pet and owner.

@cavatina I see. I suppose the relation between you and scribble is "in between partners and friends" then. I'm trying to understand but it's quite hard, perhaps not the best thing to try with this headache. Oh well, perhaps I'll be able to understand it later x.x

@toksyuryel Well, my owner is also my partner. And she doesn't forbid me to love, she knows how I feel about one particular guy, but she is slightly jealous when it comes to that, and I suppose I am as well (but that is just mostly my fear of losing her).

@toksyuryel Yeah, I got that. I just haven't done anything more than hugging someone who isn't my partner and my current partner is my first "real-life" partner so it's somewhat hard to imagine it to me, I'm sorry.
