  1. !lgbt While admittedly I'm not actually sure /where/ I fall on the sexuality spectrum, I think I lean towards bi/hetero. Even so, I support LGBTQ rights. Does that count? :D

    1. @thunderdash # The Kinsey scale is a good way to measure your sexuality, 0 being exclusively hetero, 6 being exclusively homosexual.

      1. @scribble does that make 3 bisexual?

Thursday, 28-Jun-12 12:12:27 UTC from web
        1. @pony Yup. I classify myself as a 4, as I have a male preference.

          1. @scribble I'm probably 1.2

        2. @pony It also seems to miss "asexuality". Incomplete scale is incomplete.

          1. @omni NEVERMIND I JUST READ THE WIKI PAGE

          2. @omni X means Non-sexual.

            1. @scribble Yeah, but that wasn't in your explanation, I found that on the wiki page after I said that :x

              1. @omni Didn't think other people would reply to that. Sorry.

                1. @scribble No need to worry, happens often enough, I have it sometimes as well.

          3. @omni Maybe it assumes sexuality. *shrug*

      2. @scribble Guess I'm a 2 then. No one needs to know this though. ^_^

      3. @scribble Where would pansexual be?

Thursday, 28-Jun-12 12:15:26 UTC from web
        1. @toksyuryel I'm guess it measures only based on gender and that a pansexual could land anywhere from 1-5

Thursday, 28-Jun-12 12:16:29 UTC from web
        2. @toksyuryel I'd assume 3, as it means 'Equally homosexual and heterosexual'. But I know pansexuality is more than that. #

Thursday, 28-Jun-12 12:16:38 UTC from web
          1. @scribble It's not so much "more than that" as it is "not that at all"; it's completely outside the scale altogether as gender and sex are simply not involved at all. Seems like the "scale" needs quite a lot of work!

Thursday, 28-Jun-12 12:18:51 UTC from web
        3. @toksyuryel Pretty sure it's a Linear scale between hetero and homo. Trying to plot (heheh plot) pansexuality on it would be like trying to plot the Z axis on a graph with only X/Y.

      4. @scribble I'll have to check that out, then... Should I just Google it, or is there somewhere else I can find it?

Thursday, 28-Jun-12 12:26:55 UTC from web
        1. @thunderdash Oh, I'm an idiot. I thought it was a quiz type thing. Herp and derp.

        2. @thunderdash There's an article on Wikipedia.

          1. @scribble !lgbt Welp, after looking it over and thinking about it, I'm going to have to say I think 3~ is where I fall on the Kinsey scale, so bisexual. Admittedly I'm still not entirely sure of who I am, but... I dunno, 3 just feels... "Right", for lack of a better description.

Thursday, 28-Jun-12 12:41:01 UTC from web
            1. @thunderdash Yeah, I've been tossing and turning with where I was for sometime. Came to the decision than 4 was more where I stand.

Thursday, 28-Jun-12 12:44:56 UTC from web
              1. @scribble I'm pretty sure I'm way off (in a different direction entirely) the axes of the limited scale proposed by Kinsey, but I guess if I had to place myself on it, then somewhere between 2 and 3. Probably nearer to 3.

                1. @bitshift 0 is entirely heterosexual, 6 is entirely homosexual

    4. That awkward moment when you're reading everyone's Kinsey scale readings and you realise that even as an asexual you're still the gayest guy here.
