Which is seriously annoying that there isnt like a private wall where only subscribers will be able to get it popping up on their screens, so i dont have other people seeing it...not that i have a problem with that...just saying it would be helpful...

                @vengefulrevolver You can subscribe to someone on their profile and send a message to them on their profile. It's not perfect, but it allows you to privately communicate with one person at a time.

                @vengefulrevolver The only problem there would be figuring out how to set it up so that moderators can still see it, for, y'know, rule enforcement. Otherwise I'd like a feature like that too. /cc @widget

                    @ceruleanspark I was referring to the suggestion wanting posts to just not show up on Public, like a user-invoked sandbox. It's still technically in a public place, just not on the front page, thus it should still be subject to at least a few rules.

                        @ceruleanspark Yeah but I don't see us upgrading any time soon after all the work widget's put into the 0.9.whateveritis code. I could be wrong, though.

                          @redenchilada His changes seem (though I cannot verify) to be within plugins and localisation changes. Maybe some of the more complex alterations are in the mainline code, I don't know.

                            @ceruleanspark I believe there are a few alterations in the main code. It wouldn't be impossible to just port the changes, but the main question is whether he wants to deal with it. SN1.0 also defaults to personal (whereas a lot of people here prefer public) so I dunno, that might cause some complaints. Again though, all up to widget right now.
