@zazie I'd say if there's ever a wine where there's never a bad time for it it's merlot. You can pair it with pretty much anything too, whereas pinot noir doesn't pair as well with red meats as it does with poultry and fish.

@zazie That's understandable. I think there are definitely a lot of people I've distanced myself from over time for various reasons, but I've always tried to leave things on a good note if I can.

@zazie I went out with a few different people throughout my time in high school though I can't recall any of them lasting for as long as a year.

@zazie I think there are definitely a few friends I'll keep in touch with and a few that I can definitely foresee slipping through the cracks.
