Just got back from the !Ohiobronies meetup after 21 hours off campus. That. Was. Awesome. I'll wait for the official group writeup to tell the full story, but three things. 1. I'll send the pics I have in as soon as they transfer over. 2. So much Pinkie Pie... 3. A huge thanks to everypony that helped organize that. It's very much appreciated.

@presentperfect Man, reading the phrase "see if we can't find it", that really is an 'Ohio thing'. I've lived in Ohio or Canada my whole life, and the phrase "see if we can't" baffles people who aren't from this region. Sounds like a good time, I'll eventually make my way to one of the meets, and it'll be like a pony IRC only instead of multiplayer notepad it'll be like the RL.

@engelhardt It's funny how insular and ideosyncratic Ohioan (and especially Northeast Ohioan) speech really is. I had no idea that was a regionalism. XD

My drink is really tasty but it burns. I didnt have anything that was non-alcoholic to that would be good to mix with the alcohol we have here...so I was like I am gonna mix 3 alcohols together.

!ohiobronies I have an idea. Later in school there is this club called "Science club" and on weekends or weekdays sometime we hike at parks. maybe we can have some meetups at those parks, that are over ohio?

!Ohiobronies I just remembered that Columbus State Community College has a student lounge with a gigantic TV and lots of comfy seating. I wonder if we could change the channel to the Hub on a particular Saturday morning... They'd never know we weren't students!
