!important
Everyone knows the !important property is the most !important part of CSS. It's an !important part of making parts of your code feel !important, because some lines of code don't feel very !important on their own, and the morale boost really helps them. Making every line feel !important is the most !important part of good CSS! :V

@redenchilada Ok, I'm trying to write my own rules to get Youtube centred. For the top bar there are margin-left and margin-right rules tagged important, I basically just want to disable them, not override them.

@ecmc Try this. (Margin values always default to 0, so setting it back to that is basically disabling the rest. Tweak it as needed.)

@widget But it's demonstrative of the kind of stuff that can accidentally happen there. Maybe autofill the group page with "join group" instead of "!group" if the user hasn't joined it? Or maybe something like "join!group" and have a plugin to automatically join the group if it finds that, while still letting the notice through. Or something.

...That's a very interesting glitch in StatusNet. If you upload an image for a logo/avatar and hit the Crop button on the next screen without adjusting the crop region, it just distorts the image to a square region? Or was that a one-time fluke when I added the logo to !important?
