Yes, it is required of the canterlot guard to be able too. Would be terrible for a place with such a prestegious school to have guards of their princess be illiterate.

@starlightbolt. well there is a lot of varried information out there. Do you know anyone around you that does rp this way? Becouse your going to need to chosoe a telenet or MU client programa nd there are lots of them out there.
