I defeated the system. By which I mean it's alive again. On GNOME because that's what Debian defaults to I guess and i don't mind it that much. I'm just going to change my wallpapers back to what they should be and then go to bed.

For some reason I didn't think Google's Play suite of apps (Music, TV/Movies, Books, etc) would exist on iOS. Well that sure makes Google Play Music viable again
