So, early in the summer, the Studio B website revealed that it was animating 22 episodes for MLPFIM season 2. This conflicted with other sources saying there would be 24 new episodes. I think it was #DanielIngram who cleared it up, saying that there were 24 episodes, but 2 of them (obviously, The Return of Harmony), had been animated at the end of last season. Since animation is generally the last step in production, I think it's probably safe to say that Return of Harmony was originally meant to serve as a series finale in case the show wasn't renewed. Since it WAS renewed, it became part of season 2 instead. || Now in season 2, the EI logo is conspicuously absent, meaning the show is no longer classed as "edutainment". Since one of the major reasons for that classification was Twilight's moral-of-the-week letters, and those letters have served their purpose story-wise in Return of Harmony, I'm wondering if we've seen the last of "Dear Princess Celestia.."

@puzzlemint as my career choice is a video game developer I wholly support your message. I also have to agree with your statement on the way of games. Personally I have pirated, but that is only to check the first level, level and a half of the game if its good I go spend my money and I have played maybe two games completely through on pirated, but I have purchased a hard copy anyway to support the company behind the game

@leonkfox When I buy a game, I only have two concerns. Getting a good game, and supporting developers who make good games. 90% of the time when someone buys retail, they're buying used, which means the only thing they're supporting is the store they bought it from. None of that money goes to the people who actually made the game, as your youtube guy pointed out when he said he'd only stock used copies of RAGE, and laugh all the way to the bank while doing so. Personally, I've seen far, FAR too many good developers go bankrupt even though -used- copies of their games were selling really well. I will never buy a used copy of any game again, unless it's an old console game and there literally is no other choice. And even if the game is available new, I will still prefer digital, because the developers get more money that way. And if I think it's a really good game and want my friends to try it, then I have no problems buying copies for them, because it means more money for the developers.

Fave and Repeat: I have uploaded the May 1st backup to http://www.mediafire.com/?jl6q643jb8qtd in 6 part files that you can open with Winrar, 7zip, or similar. The file is a Truecrypt file and is for putting the site back online if @administrator loses this one. I recommend plugging in the folder link and downloading it with http://jdownloader.org/ and DL all six parts at once.

Faust: 3; Polsky: 3; Rogers: 5; Morrow: 3; Savino: 2; McCarthy: 3; Fullerton: 3; Larson: 2; Going on these stats with four episodes to go, Faust may be credited on two more to match up with Rogers, with soonest coming episodes likely being by Larson and Savino. Considering the next episode's preview on HUB and Larson's tendency to write episodes focusing on the full mane cast, they're probably going to be the writer for The Cutie Mark Chronicles. Whereas Savino seems to specialize in taking a given situation and following where the character's actions lead and weaving in allusion humor and silliness. I see him handling "Owl's Well that Ends Well". And while the title is a reference to a common saying, it could be interpreted to imply the end to the large body of hand-off episodes and a return to the directly-connected episodes just as with the pilot. It's probable that "Rogers might write up Party of One" as well, instead of Faust if it isn't a two-part episode. #analysis #prediction
