@purplephish20 Im not sure why they wont promote me. Ive been there for over 3 years and have done nothing but work my grapes off. Maybe its because I dont have a degree, but I dont think that should matter too much. I was management at my last job so Ive got the experience. Maybe they just dont like me. I dont know. Once the holidays are over Im going to look for another job. If they wont promote me then their loss.

Actually, come to think of it, they are all worst pony and best pony at different times to my mind. Sometimes, best pony and worst pony are the same thing. Sometimes, being the worst pony males them a better ony in my eyes. Other times, my head canon is objectively making things go wrong, like when I read to much into that joke with the sheep. Holy Mane, I wrote to much. Wall of text. Good night.

@icysweet But...to actually be a bit serious for a change...after a while I realised that it was not me who had to change, it was everyone else who needed to grow up a bit and become more accepting to people being different. Not that *that* is much of a silver lining...but it kinda helped me to know I didn't do anything wrong, just not what they were used to.
