@thatonepony incorrect, Example: I use Vuze, 100% completed and upldoading are maked as seeds, and those who are downloading are maked as leechers, the peer part is marked by making the leechers bar appear as (ex:) 25/72 wich means that I'm receaving from 25 of those 72 total leachers
