@tiffany Nobody in my family is capable of soldering grapety threaded wires to a 15-pin D-sub with a cheapass soldering iron

@redenchilada I don't like it much either but my experiences varied extremely depending on the quality of the solder tin. The professional tin that my father gave me is wonderful to use. The cheap stuff from China that I bought for literally a few bucks is the most anger-inducing piece of crap ever.

Also I got a Cobalt Flux today but my PS2->USB adapter turns out to be papaya at handling dance pads so I'll need to either get a better one or build a control box that goes straight to USB

@vriska I can enjoy art if it's by bad people if the art doesn't push their message heavily. I enjoy Burzum, but I can't listen to Skrewdriver for example. I would never give either of them my money though.

Is Solatorobo any good? One of my coworkers showed it to me and the prologue felt kind of boring from a gameplay perspective so I'm curious if it picks up later (also the racing mode is trash)

@redenchilada i've played it. The game has 2 parts, the first one is pretty regular but the second one i liked a lot. The battle system could be better, but the game's ambientations and arts are pretty neat.
Plus, you might like it if you like furries piloting robots on the clouds -
