I will have to say they are both consistent, for they don't differentiate from each other. In the terms of layout.
(also, you are doing pretty good so far. Though I am having trouble trying to understand which pronoun is which.) -
@clayinthecarpet What original setup? And why are you repeating the process of mapping? And the town center is the town center, it's called the town hall. That is why it is where it is on the maps, and the show. The intor is no different from the show in terms of the town layout.

@clayinthecarpet From what I have noticed in the show, it is rather static, many buildings are always in the same direction as the central town hall building in every episode.

@clayinthecarpet So the deal is that on Tuesday, there was a snowstorm and they kept school open because the new superintendent is from like Boston or some grapes and didn't realize how bad the mountain roads get with even an inch of snow, much less five inches. There was a bus accident and 18 kids ended up hospitalized and so the county issued this fake-ass apology (interestingly, worded exactly the same, word for word, as the neighboring county's apology) and they canceled school the next day and the day after (today). It's supposed to warm up tomorrow so we only have a two-hour delay.
