@clayinthecarpet The trick is to use wasabi as an ingedient when making a different sauce. It tones down the burn while still keeping the flavor. You can make a really good creamy wasabi sauce that doesn't burn too terribly bad.

@clayinthecarpet When I buy sushi, I use the ginger and at most a very small amount of wasabi. I usually save the wasabi for whenever I get congested because it clears your sinuses realy well.
