      @conventrix I honestly doubt dumping the staff and starting over would do much. I'm open to a review of behavior and etc, but I feel making everyone go through the process again would be a waste of time.

      @ponydude The current (active and only mods left) Red, Scribus and ECMC comes on once in a while. Admins are me, Tinker, cabal, Cerulean and Colfax. All mods are handled still by me and Colfax, Cerulean is the server tech along side Tinker (When she has the time) and myself and Cabal handle the administration of the site. Cabal and Tinker are the domain owners, I am the server owner, with Cerulean by my side and Tinker around to poke once in a while. Right now, it's not a case of we don't want to change anything like users seem to think right now. It's a case of, we've changed crap in the past and everyone went in to drama mode for over a week @thatonepony can tell you about when we added the rules, there was just to much crap to deal with about that. We've tried to enforce standards, but the userbase just turns in to a two faced old fart and attacks back at us. It's happened to many times, so we aren't up for doing it again to be treated like.. pretty much crap.

        @mrdragon If I may interject, I feel like instantiating changes (ones that would actually help the community, of course) should take priority over avoiding complaints from the userbase. People like to whine; just look what happens when Youtube makes a change! It usually turns out for thsle better in the long run.

          @redenchilada We've tried several times to interject actual administration, the rules sit there and are hardly touched. I got applesed out back in january, and pretty much felt like I no longer belong here because of the way I was treated. If the userbase doesn't want it in a mass majority, then it's a case of we won't be doing it. If everyone tells me what they want and I can get a lot to agree with it then, wooooope. We can all do that. But after the last time it was a final strike on trying to do what I felt was right.

          @redenchilada I don't think YouTube's a good counter-example. Most of their changes have made the site increasingly unusable. As it stands now, I can no longer use their UI to keep track of videos from my subscriptions. I have to set them to email me or I'm likely to miss them completely. And it's also very difficult to keep track of which videos I've watched already, their little "watched" tag doesn't work half the time and sometimes it even appears on videos I've never watched before.
