@xeleanorxrigbyx Maybe I'm in the minority, but I actually prefer pencil to brush. It allows you to fill much quicker.

@thelastgherkin I like pencil because it doesn't bleed like the brush does. Took me a while to discover the pencil. Most of my PS knowledge is trial and error. And someday I will master the pen, but for now it confuses the hell out of me.

Well, I attempted my first foray into digital art (I think that's what this is?) and it turned out meh. Something about her face is off. Maybe the contrast between the outline and the rest of her isn't strong enough? I have no idea. This took far too long to do, but I guess I'll have to learn how to use something other than the pencil tool at 1 px at max zoom. http://rainbowdash.net/attachment/734931

@xeleanorxrigbyx Ask them for an estimate in hours of how long it'll take. That usually gives some perspective as to what's reasonable.
