@derpy So, I was bored and you were talking about Inkscape, your avatar and whatnot and thought I'd give it a shot. I did a screen cap on the Applebuck Season for Derpy and fiddle with Inkscape's trace for a while. I think this looks pretty good .. you just need to start with a good base image. http://ur1.ca/4vxk9

@allanah Indeed. There was no sequel. Some people have this mistaken idea that they once saw something called "The Secret of NIMH 2" and something about Timmy and rescues, but they're wrong. Horribly, horribly wrong. Secret of NIMH never had a sequel. ;)

@scribus Yes, agreed. :) I've bought the movie on VHS 2, 3 times? DVD at least twice? Read the book (Mrs Frisby and the rats of NIMH), wrote fiction about it when I was in school. Wil Wheton and Shannon Doherty were both in that movie, along with Dom DeLuise, David Carradine, all animated by Don Bluth. It is truly an epic film and I'm a huge fan. ;)

@scribus @thelastgherkin I'm not complaining about it, just pointing it out. :) I love the Monomyth and it's funny how far you can apply it; I use it a lot when I write RPG adventures. Sometimes it's more obvious than others (look at the people comparing Avatar with Pocahotas; both adhere to the Monomyth so calling Avatar a copy of Pocahontas is silly since they're all just copying The Odyessy from Homer :D )

okay, the Humble Bundle just got Atom Zombie Smasher on top of the HB2 games and one or two other additions. Everypony really should be all over this like Pinkie Pie on a cake. Best $25 I have spent in a long time. Might bump up my donation again.

@noizybrony lol .. yes, long time fan of InSoc. Any band that has an entire track of modem tones back in 1992 was pretty nerdy and suited me fine.

@noizybrony I still have my first vinyl! Too bad its not something epic and metal, but it is nerdy -- Information Society's self-titled album from 1988. Old brony is old. ;_;
