@noirbatch Oh yeah even Dark Souls 1, which I consider to be kind of a high watermark in games that have been released these past few years, isn't without some glaringly obvious cracks and flaws (looking at you, Bed of Chaos!) but in the broader scope of the game's accomplishments blemishes like those dissipate relative to its rich, organically developed world. What makes the Souls games and Bloodbourne great aren't simply small, individual touchstones but achievements reflective of their grander philosophy of game design that places priority on the individuality and emotional investment of player experience.

@mrmattimation It's hard to really briefly describe the appeal, but I guess it's that the Souls games (and Bloodborne) function not only as a well crafted RPGs but create a distinct player experiences through their command of atmosphere, worldbuilding, pacing, and attention to detail. They're games I've enjoyed a lot these past few years.

@dragonslayer182 You shouldn't. It isn't more shameful a condition than a flu. Being sick is being sick, regardless of which area of the body it affects. If you need to ask your parents I assume you aren't of age, and thus, in school. In that case, if they ignore you, you can just ask to talk with your school's counselor to any teacher you trust, and the counselor will derive you to proper treatment. Your parents won't be able to say no.

@neuraria To be perfectly clear, I'm not intentionally trying to be condescending or mean or hurtful or whatever. I genuinely do not see the problem here. Snowcone and I regularly make mean-spirited jokes to each other because we both understand that neither of us intend any harm to the other. Similarly, I do not see the problem with snowcone humorously responding that Tiarawhy is the reason why he made a tasteless joke which, in all honesty, really wasn't tasteless at all. So, those are my two cents. Do with them what you will. I understand you're a sensible person, and if I really did do something wrong, I am willing to take the rap for that.
